Question regarding digital download

When will talvisota be available for digital download? 
I would really like to put my hands on it, but i live in Poland, and not many blitzkrieg based games are released in here. Only way to get them is by digital download. I even tried to order it from Russia, but I would need to pay 600 rubles for posting...
